A kids pillow built to support their neck better, all night long
A child does not need an adult pillow. Their head and neck need support matched to their age — not too high, not too soft. EVERNEL offers 3 heights designed to follow their growth, from 1 to 14.
The only official EVERNEL pillow is sold on this site. Look-alikes on Amazon, marketplaces or social media do not come from us. We cannot vouch for their materials, their quality or their safety. Our guarantee only covers orders placed on evernel.com.
The most requested sizes can go quickly. Choose your child's age to check availability.

What parents write to us

It arrived at the start of the week and my 5-year-old took to it right away. He's pretty picky about pillows — normally he pushes them off after ten minutes. This time he put his head down and just told me it was soft. The first two nights were much calmer, he moved around less and woke up in a better mood. I wanted to wait before leaving a review, but honestly the first impression is excellent. The size really is right, not too high, not too flat. You can tell it isn't just a smaller adult pillow.
My 4-year-old had been waking up two or three times a night since she was 2. We had tried essential oils, white noise, everything. My husband thought it was just her personality. I had trouble believing that. I ordered this pillow half out of desperation one night at 11pm. The first night she slept until 6:30, without moving. I waited a few days before really believing it. It has been three weeks now and the night wakings have almost completely stopped. I should have looked at the pillow a lot sooner, honestly.
My 7-year-old has slept on his stomach since he was tiny, impossible to break the habit. In the morning he would get up with his neck twisted and complain the moment he woke. We thought that was just how he slept and there was nothing to be done. I got this pillow figuring it was worth a try. Within the first week, no more morning complaints. After three weeks, he stretches and smiles when he gets up. The cover is really soft too — his skin is a little sensitive and it causes him no trouble at all.
I ordered late one evening because my 6-year-old was still waking up with her head completely twisted. I didn't think a pillow could matter that much. From the very first nights she looked better settled, especially on her side. She no longer folds her stuffed animal under her head like she used to. In the morning she gets up calmly, without grumbling that her neck hurts. It's not a magic object, but for us the comfort is clearly better. And the cover is lovely — she noticed before I did.
We have two kids, one at home and one at the sitter’s during the week. The problem was that our oldest slept well at home but very badly at the sitter’s. It took us a while to work out that the pillow over there was too thick. I ordered the two-pack so there would be one in each place. Since then, both sleep well no matter where they're. Delivery was fast, packaging neat. You do have to wait a day for the pillow to regain its shape after opening — it says so in the box, no surprise.
My 6-year-old struggled to find a comfortable position at night — he would flip his pillow around for twenty minutes before falling asleep. Since he got his own, he puts his head down and falls asleep. Really good, the quality is there and you can tell it was designed for children. I'm giving four stars because I'd have liked a second spare cover in the box, so I could wash one while the other is on the pillow. But on the product itself, nothing to fault.
Our pediatrician mentioned at a checkup that our oldest’s pillow was too high for his neck. He was 9, and we had never thought about it. He had been sleeping on an adult pillow for years. We took the 8-14 size as recommended. The first few nights he found it strange because it's lower than what he had before. Then after a week he said himself that his neck felt better in the morning. He wakes up far less tired. Really glad we followed the doctor’s advice.
I had a question about sizing because my son is between two ages, and Jenna answered very quickly with real advice, not just an automated reply. That reassured me before ordering. The pillow arrived fast and regained its shape within the day as described. My son tried it that same evening and kept it all night, which never happens with new pillows in our house. Three nights in, bedtimes are easier. I'm happy with the product, but also with the support behind it.
My 5-year-old granddaughter had been snoring lightly for about a year. Nothing alarming, but it worried me all the same, especially at night when I could hear her breathing straining a little. I first thought about seeing someone but the doctor told me to keep observing. In the meantime I looked for solutions on the bedding side. Since she has been sleeping with this pillow, her head is better supported and her breathing is calmer at night. I can barely hear her now. We will see over time but for now it's clearly better and I'm relieved.

Helping them sleep well, so they grow well.

This is what a good night looks like
Settled on their pillow, head straight and mouth closed, they breathe softly through their nose and sleep right through to morning. They wake up rested — and so do you.
Why a regular pillow can make bad sleeping positions worse
A child spends close to 10 hours a night with their head resting in the same spot.
When their pillow is too soft, too flat or too high, their head can sink in or tilt into a position that doesn't properly support their neck.
Over time, parents notice the same signs: a mouth that often stays open, noisy sleep, snoring, or a face that seems to gradually lengthen.
Their head can sink in too far
When the pillow collapses under the weight of their head, the chin can drop toward the chest. The position stays unnatural for hours at a time.
They may sleep with their mouth open more often
When the head and neck aren't properly supported, some children compensate by opening their mouth wider during sleep.
Snoring can become more frequent
An uncomfortable or poorly supported position can make night breathing noisier and less steady.
Their face is still developing
In children, the jaw and face keep changing for years. The posture they repeat every single night matters more than most parents realize.
A “one-size” pillow doesn't fit every age
A 3-year-old and a 10-year-old don't have the same neck, the same shoulders, or the same support needs.
That's why a kids pillow shouldn't just be soft.
It has to be the right height, hold its shape all night, and comfortably support the head and neck.
EVERNEL is designed to help your child hold a more natural position while they sleep.
- The right height for their age.
- The right firmness so they don't sink in.

The years when sleeping well matters most
Between ages 1 and 14, your child’s body grows while they sleep. The way their head rests, ten hours a night, matters a lot. A good pillow is the right support at the right time.

Finally, a pillow made for their age
A 2-year-old doesn't have the same neck as a 10-year-old. We offer several sizes, each designed to hold the neck at the right level, keep the mouth closed and help them breathe through the nose. They fall asleep faster and finally sleep right through.

Sleeping with an open mouth isn't normal
Poor breathing at night does more damage than people think.
Plenty of children snore or sleep with their mouth open without anyone worrying about it. Over time it wears them out, it gets in the way of concentration, and it can even change the shape of their face. Properly positioned, they breathe through the nose, softly.

A real night changes their whole day
A child who sleeps badly is a child who feels badly.
Sleeping poorly, night after night, makes them grumpy, breaks their focus at school, and they fall ill more often. When their head stays properly supported all night, they finally sleep deeply. In the morning, it's a different child.

What forms now can't be undone later
A bad position, hundreds of nights in a row, leaves its mark.
A child’s body grows mostly at night. A bent neck or a twisted back, repeated night after night, ends up shaping their body. Properly supported at the right height, their back stays straight while they grow.
Why parents choose it
