Shipping and Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

At EVERNEL, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you have no surprises when you receive your order. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We are proud of our ability to process orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@evernel.com as soon as possible.

The vast majority of items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours. It is therefore essential that you contact us within this timeframe so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once an order has already been processed.

Address Errors:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address and to contact us promptly if any correction is needed. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at the time of purchase. We are also not responsible for orders refused or undeliverable due to inaccessible or incomplete addresses.

In such cases, packages may be returned to the sender, though this is not guaranteed.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you either a refund of your order minus the shipping costs, or a re-shipment — your choice.

You are not eligible for re-shipment or a refund until your package has been received back by the sender.

Return Policy:

We accept returns* for any reason — whether you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind. Our return window is 30 days from the date you receive your products, in accordance with standard U.S. consumer protection practices.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out our return form, sign it, and send it along with your package to the address we will provide when you contact our support team at contact@evernel.com.
