ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

We process and ship all orders very quickly and therefore cannot guarantee any modification or cancellation after your order has been placed.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by email at contact@evernel.com.

We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.

* To expedite your request, please use the subject line “Cancel My Order” and include your full name and order number in the body of the email.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If your order has already shipped, you may still return it to receive a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging. The original shipping label must also be present and intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been used.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads / e-books


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within one (1) week.

Shipping costs are only refundable if you cancel your order before the package has been shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card issuer — there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank — processing times typically range from 7 to 14 business days

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at contact@evernel.com.

RETURN SHIPPING

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@evernel.com and we will provide you with the return procedure and the appropriate warehouse address for your return shipment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If you are shipping an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
